I was awakened during the early hours of Wednesday, January 5, 2005 by the distinctive cough-like call of the Dread Arizona Triped.  I didn't sleep much after that, until daylight.  Later, much later, after it was light, completely light, I went into the nearby woods and took these photos.

Friday, February 14, 2014

On Friday, February 14, 2014, I was investigating the reported appearance of the Abominable Georgia Snowman when I happened upon what is unmistakably the tracks of the Dread Arizona Triped.  I took the photograph shown below and continued my investigation of the Snowman appearance.  However, subsequent consideration of the tracks has led me to conclude that the Dread Arizona Triped is presently making a historic migration or, perhaps, an extension of its range, far to the east of its previously known habitat, in the White Mountains of Arizona.

Cryptozoologists were previously unaware of this apparent migration or extension of range.  Further investigations will be necessary to gain a good understanding of the situation.
